Service Alert: CV Preview Unavailable

We are currently experiencing a partial outage affecting the CV preview feature.

Impacted Feature:

  • CV Preview

  • Error message: “Unfortunately this item could not be found linked to your login. Zip file not found.”

All other system functions are operating as normal.

Our engineering team are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
