Change in forwarding delivery
Modifications to counteract spoofing and phishing attempts
Starting in February 2024, mailbox providers are enhancing their authentication protocols to counteract phishing and spoofing attempts. In response to these updates, LogicMelon is implementing the following modifications to its forwarding functionality:
1) The sender for forwarded emails will now be applications@logicmelon.com, eliminating the spoofing of candidates’ email addresses.
2) In the case of responding to a forwarded email, the candidate will be designated as the recipient.
3) If you prefer to use your company’s email address instead of applications@logicmelon.com, you can make this adjustment by contacting LogicMelon support at support@logicmelon.com.
It’s important to note that the domain will require authentication, and you will receive a DKIM record to be added to your DNS records by your IT personnel.
As mailbox providers increasingly prioritise user engagement metrics to assess email relevance and quality, maintaining a positive sender reputation is crucial. Capture job seeker details as soon as they register or become active on the job boards and give yourself a head start in the Battle for Talent.
Simply go to your Watchdogs folder within Search+, select the relevant Watchdog and ‘Edit’.
You’ll now see you have the ability to set the frequency. This is also available when creating a Watchdog from new.
You’re all set to be notified of the latest, relevant jobseekers as soon they become available!
